What is it?

This module will take you through all important aspects of laws and regulations of the international trade, from understanding the legislations governing international payments, issues regarding resolution of international disputes to definition and interpretation of EU directives and the legislation of the e-commerce.

The course will be presented by our experienced trainer Fiona McLoughlin LLM. She is currently doing her doctoral research in Legal Education at University of Sheffield and holds Honours Degree (LLB) from TCD and Master Degree (LLM) from Queens University.
